The DPS 350 and DPS 450 Pitot Static Tester Operation courses are E-learning courses designed to instruct the learner in using the DPS 350 or DPS 450 Pitot Static Test sets to accomplish leak checks and accuracy checks on aircraft. The courses are not aircraft specific in nature, but rather apply to all aircraft types.

 

Upon Completion of each course, the learner will;

• Understand the DPS 350/450 Air Data Test Set controls and display.

• Be able to navigate through the DPS 350/450 menu items.

• Know how to leak check the DPS 350/450 prior to use.

• Be able to perform a pitot leak check using the DPS 350/450.

• Be able to perform a static leak check using the DPS 350/450.

• Be able to perform combined altitude and airspeed tests using the DPS 350/450.

• Know where to find information about performing EPR, manifold pressure, and machmeter tests.
