WHO WE ARE

JMCC provides engineering, training, project management, and more. Joe Merry is the owner of JMCC. Joe is an A&P mechanic and has over 35 years of experience in the aviation industry. Joe has a known reputation for quick and viable solutions to many issues in aviation such as implementing new programs and improving reliability of existing programs. He also has proven to be able supply effective, accurate and successful training programs for virtually any subject matter. In 2010 Joe set up a Learning Management System (LMS). JMCC can host Self Paced Learning Courses, Virtual Meetings & Classes, as well as traditional classroom courses.

Scott Allemang is our Quality Control Manager and handles Technical Publications.  Scott is meticulous and resourceful.  He does some amazing things with Adobe Framemaker.

Some of our training personnel are A&P mechanics and Microsoft Certified Professionals. Many have over 20 years of aviation experience including line and heavy maintenance and developing classroom and online training courses. As a result, they excel in analyzing aviation regulations and writing procedures and policies to ensure those regulations are complied with.

Andrew Vickerstaff, our head of Systems Development has over 40 years of experience in Information Technology and Relational Data Bases. If you need a custom-built application or you are having difficulty in managing your data, then Andrew will probably have the solution.
