Training Click For More: E-Learning, Classroom, Sample Content, JMCC LMS, Comprehensive Course List TYPES of COURSES Traditional Classroom – We believe the only thing that’s traditional about our courses is the name “traditional”. We provide Work packs, Color photos, Field trips, & Work group projects which make our courses lively and make the learner REMEMBER the material. eLearning – These are the greatest thing since PowerPoint got us out of using overhead transparencies!. Though most widely used for smaller policy type courses, a complete 40 hour Maintenance Systems Initial course can be built. JMCC has a model to merge the E learning training and production process together to make the OJT an essential part of your daily work routine. Thereby minimizing time spent “just for training”. * All JMCC courses are SCORM compliant. We can host it for you or deliver it to your existing LMS/CMS. We develop the courses of any type for you. If you already have classroom courseware, we simply take it and build the E Module. Then we will deliver the course modules over our JMCC Learning Management System (LMS)and keep all the records indefinitely. So there are 2 basic costs for E learning by JMCC. 1st the development of the module itself. Then the delivery and tracking of the accomplishment of the training. We offer all or a portion of the services.
